9 Center is the tank that held the strippings from the bottoms of the other fuel tanks.
Any fuel that may have became contaminated, old fuel samples, old paint,
and anything else liquid to be disposed of.

I thought I would create a "9 Center" Page to put items that don't seem to fit elsewhere on this site.
When something couldn't be found on the Guad it usually was said it went to 9 Center.
